Refunds will only be given if a cancellation is made 24hrs in advance.

Before entering the field, the hirer will ensure that the field has no other dogs or people still using it.

We cannot guarantee that the field is safe and secure, we advise that the hirer check the fence and field before you use it.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to to pick up their dogs’ poo and either dispose of it in the bin provided.

Hirers should leave the field at the end of their allotted time to allow the next user to enter and use the field.

Hirers will be polite and courteous to other users of the field.
